STRENGTH: Strict Press 20 minutes to establish a 5 rep. starting point for a 5 - 3 - 1 series.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING:
Every 3:00 for 5 rounds:
10 Double DB push presses (50/35)
8 shuttle runs (1 = 25' out and back)
– Rest the remainder of the interval.
– Use two dumbbells.
