Engage your kids and teens in a dynamic and fun fitness journey with our Youth CrossFit programs at CrossFit Lake Tahoe. Our programs are designed to introduce youngsters to the world of CrossFit, focusing on proper form, movement patterns, and building a strong foundation of fitness. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, this program is tailored to suit all levels, guiding them to enhance their physical strength, agility, and coordination. Join us and watch your child grow not just physically, but also develop confidence, discipline, and a love for fitness!
CrossFit Kids "Littles": Tuesdays 4:00-4:30pm
Ages 3-7, *2-year-olds with participation of parent
Introduction to basic bodyweight movements (squats, pressing, push ups, hanging from bars and rings) and having fun with exercise!
CrossFit Kids "Middles": Thursdays 4:00-4:30pm
Ages 8-11
Instruction of basic bodyweight movements (squats, pressing, push ups) with the use of light dumbbells/weights, skills on bars, rings, ropes and having fun with exercise!
CrossFit Teens
Fridays 11:00am-12:00pm
Ages 12-17
Basics of strength training and conditioning that incorporates agility and body awareness to complement other youth sports.
