2-3 pull to standing


STRENGTH: Push Jerk 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 see ifyou can build that 2 rep. number and turn it into 3 reps. on last set (Aug. 5)

METABOLIC CONDITIONING :

Min 1: 10alternating goblet reverse lunges
