I grew up in the midwest participating in swimming, biking, cheerleading, dance, softball, Track & Field. I moved to Lake Tahoe and became an outdoor enthusiast, competed in marathon running and Olympic triathlons.
Steve and I met, and as my boyfriend, he introduced me to CrossFit in 2007. I fell in love with all of the aspects of CrossFit, most noticeably, quick results and complete change of my body composition.
I aim to coach people the safest and most effective way so that they can get into the best shape of their lives at any age. I am most passionate about adapting and modifying for the senior adult.
