Fee Structure:

First session is free to locals. Our group sessions are small, generally six and held to eight individuals. This awards the best of personal training attention in a group setting (50 min. to 1 hour). Our sessions are demonstrated and monitored for effectiveness and safety.

Visitors to the area are welcome! If you are going to be in the area for an extended time, a weekly rate is available: 775-901-6002.

Basic Training: $199

You set up two initial one-hour training sessions. These sessions familiarize you with the movements of CrossFit. Group sessions for the rest of the month are included.
