Fee Structure:

First session is free to locals. Our group sessions are small, generally six and held to eight individuals. This awards the best of personal training attention in a group setting (50 min. to 1 hour). Our sessions are demonstrated and monitored for effectiveness and safety. Visitors to the area are welcome! If you are going to be in the area for an extended time, a month to month is available: 775-901-6002.

Unlimited $139 per month **
Private session $60 per hour
Drop – In Fee $15 per session
** If you miss a session, you may schedule a make-up within the same month.
Basic Training: $199

You set up two initial one-hour training sessions. These sessions familiarize you with the movements of CrossFit. Group sessions for the rest of the month are included.
