Steve has been involved with fitness for over 30 years and served as the Fitness Coordinator for the Douglas County Fire Department. He has worked with the CrossFit organization since 2005. Certifications include:

Garth is a Tahoe Native who has been CrossFit Level 1 certified since May 2011.  An active skier, rock climber and mountain biker, Garth believes increased overall fitness can increase your enjoyment of everyday life.  In addition to CrossFit, Garth is a wildlife biologist and environmental planner with Hauge Brueck Associates.  He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Heavenly Ski and Snowboard Foundation where he was a Level 2 USSA coach for the alpine ski racing program from 1999 – 2003.
